Hi, I'm Ishan 👋🏻
I'm a Senior Software Engineer based in Tallinn, Estonia, currently at Bolt Technology , where I'm bootstrapping a new ads vertical — building sponsored listings for restaurants and brands on the Bolt Food app.
Previously at Bolt, I was part of the Delivery Incentives team, designing and building distributed systems that powered promotions across Bolt Food. Before that, I spent four years at Apple India working on privacy and compliance infrastructure, building anonymization engines running at scale on private and public cloud (AWS).
I specialize in backend engineering and distributed systems, with experience spanning Node.js, TypeScript, Java, Scala, and cloud platforms like AWS. I hold an M.Tech in Computer Science from IIIT Hyderabad .
